How to Book:

BOOKING: Once you have confirmed your Workshop or Master Class date, please complete the booking form on this page and email it. Upon receipt of your payment check/cheque, we will email you your Confirmation and Information List

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS: Deposit is 50% of the total, payable by check/cheque. Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to your Workshop or Master Class date. If you book within 45 days of the Workshop or Master Class, payment in full is required.

TERMS: Because deposits and payments are non-refundable, for your protection, we request that you buy Travel Cancellation Insurance. Please read the Terms & Conditions before you click your acceptance at the end of the booking form.
